All returns must be in original and New condition to qualify for a Refund and/or Exchange. This means all original packaging and/or tags must be attached to the item(s). After you have decided to return the item, contact us first for an authorization on a return. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to send your order back to us. Refunds do not include shipping fees previously paid for USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Global Express Mail (International orders). Your refund will not include shipping charges that you may incur when sending purchased item(s) back to SunglassUP and its partners. If there was a coupon or promotion applied to your order- the discounted item automatically gets assumed as the first return; Refund amounts may or may not include promotional savings that were applied towards the order.
